Create promotional postcards for a local real estate team to be distributed at events and local businesses.
User research
I first looked at existing data on clients' demographics. Though diverse, a significant portion of the clientele fit into the following groups: millennials, social media savvy, first-time buyers, and self-employed and/or working in creative industries. Most of them found the Philly Home Girls through referrals and almost always consulted their website and online presence before making first contact.

Competitive research/Visual design
After researching marketing and branding tactics employed by other real estate teams locally and nationally, I opted to use a softer, and personable approach coupled with clean design and professional elements.
The existing elements I incorporated into the design were several variations on the brand logo and professional photographs.
